Todd will work for all District 13 residents.

  • Cutting Waste and Controlling County Spending:

County government wastes too much of your hard-earned money. I will fight to cut unnecessary spending, reduce bureaucracy, and ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Economic Growth Without Higher Taxes:

Allegheny County needs to attract businesses, create jobs, and grow the economy — not drive opportunity away with more taxes and red tape.

  • Standing Up for Working Families:

My commitment is to you — the taxpayers, parents, small business owners, and working families of this county — not to political insiders or special interests.

  • Infrastructure That Works for Everyone:

From roads to bridges to flood management, I will advocate for practical infrastructure investments that improve safety, transportation, and quality of life for county residents.

  • Support for First Responders:

Our police, fire, and EMS personnel deserve the vital resources they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently. I will fight for them every step of the way to ensure they have the support to continue serving our communities.

  • Commonsense Policies:

Allegheny County deserves leaders focused on kitchen table issues, not progressive wish lists. I will fight for policies rooted in commonsense and the realities Allegheny County residents face here at home.

  • Accountability and Transparency in Government:

I will push for transparency at every level of county government so you know where your money is going and who is making the decisions.

  • County Needs, Not Special Interest Agendas:

Too often, local leaders focus on advancing political agendas instead of solving real problems residents face here at home. I will focus on what matters to taxpayers — not partisan issues that are outside the scope of county government.

Todd is not a career politician - he is a public servant. His entire career has been built on showing up for people when it matters most. Whether it was protecting our neighborhoods as a police officer or listening to concerns in our communities, Todd’s mission has always been the same: He is here to serve.

On County Council, Todd will bring that same commitment — putting people first, listening, and working every day to make Allegheny County safer, stronger, and more accountable to the needs of residents.
